In this guide you will learn how to request an upgrade for your VPS.
You will need to have all your invoices paid before you can request an upgrade.
– Go to your Client Area.
– Click on “Services”.
– Find the VPS that you want to upgrade and click on the “Active” button.
– Click on the “Upgrade” button.
– Select a VPS plan and billing cycle and then proceed to check out by clicking on “Choose Product”.
– Select your payment method and continue by clicking on “Click to Continue >>”.
– Pay the invoice with your selected payment method and contact our Customer Care department via live chat or email at email@example.com . Please do let them know the Invoice # and request the upgrade to be applied.
– Confirm that the VPS can be rebooted for the upgrade to take effect (generally takes 5 minutes). In case that you cannot have the VPS rebooted now, request our Customer Care representative to schedule the upgrade for Friday after the Market Closes.
– Once you get a confirmation that your VPS is upgraded you would have to upgrade your VPS’ disk following the guide sent by the Customer Care representative.
