In this guide you can learn how to request an upgrade for your Cloud VPS.
1 – Log into your Client Area.
2 – Click on “VPS”.
3 – Click on the “Pencil Icon” button for the VPS that you want to upgrade.
4 – Click on the “Upgrade/Downgrade” button.
5 – Select the plan that you want to have from now and the billing cycle in case that you want to change it and click on “Choose Product”.
6 – Select your payment method and click on “Continue”.
7 – Proceed to pay the invoice. An email confirmation of the payment should arrive.
In the case of Cloud VPS, upgrades are done automatically, notice it should take at least 15 minutes for the upgrade to take effect, and that your VPS will be rebooted. Make sure that you save any open work before you request the upgrade.
