We have now integrated our Kayako ticket software with ForexVPS so you can now open and close tickets from within your client area. To open a new ticket, simply login to your client portal by clicking on the “Client Panel” in the navigation, login and you’ll now see an “open ticket” button. Click this and you’ll be able to open a ticket without being redirected to our helpdesk.
This will hopefully speed up the ability to open and speak with our team. Don’t forget we are always around for a live chat if you need to talk to someone right away!
